Refund policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid Smartcloudkit course enrollments confirmed in writing. Because this website does not process payments, refunds are handled against the invoice or transfer used for your enrollment.

Eligibility and timeframe

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date and you have not received downloadable materials beyond the public syllabus.

Partial refunds of 50% may be available if you cancel between 13 and 7 days before start, provided live sessions have not begun.

Conditions for full or partial refund

  • Request sent to contact@smartcloudkit.digital with enrollment name, invoice reference, and reason.
  • Seat has not been transferred to another learner without our approval.
  • No completion letter has been issued.

Non-refundable items

  • Materials-only archives after download links are delivered.
  • Custom on-site workshops after travel is booked at your request.
  • Seats canceled fewer than 7 days before start, except where required by law.
  • Third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

Refund process

  1. Email your request with supporting details.
  2. We confirm eligibility within five business days.
  3. Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days of confirmation.

Processing time and method

Funds return via the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution. You remain responsible for any FX differences on international returns.

Cancellation by Smartcloudkit

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of fees paid for that cohort. We are not responsible for travel you booked independently.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for credit toward a later cohort even inside the seven-day window, evaluated case by case. Credits expire twelve months from issuance.
